ASCG submits comment letter on the proposal amendments to the IFRS Foundation Constitution

Today, the Administrative Board of ASCG submitted its comment letter regarding the Exposure Draft  ‘Trustees’ Review of Structure and Effectiveness: Proposed Amendments to the IFRS Foundation Constitution‘.
The Administrative Board of ASCG agrees with the majority of proposals. However, it stresses once again that a decrease in the number of Board members of the IFRS Foundation is neither warranted nor appropriate.
Further to the questions raised in the Exposure Daft, the ASCG Administrative Board also addressed two other issues in its comment letter – the role of the Trustees and the IFRS Interpretations Committee.
