Draft bill on the Implementation of the CSR-Directive

On March 11, 2016 the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection has published the draft bill of an act for strengthening the non-financial reporting of companies in their management reports or group management reports (CSR-Reporting).

This legislative procedure aims at transforming the CSR-requirements of the EU into German law. According to the EU requirements CSR-Reporting involves a non-financial statement and disclosures covering the entity’s diversity policy.
