ASCG submits comment letter on the ED/2017/2
Das DRSC hat heute seine Stellungnahme zum Entwurf des ED/2017/2 Improvements to Operating Segments (Proposed amendments to IFRS 8 and IAS 34) an den IASB übermittelt. Grundsätzlich begrüßt das DRSC den Versuch des IASB, spezifische Aspekte an IFRS 8 zu verbessern, so beispielsweise die Klarstellung, dass der Hauptentscheidungsträger (CODM) sowohl eine Einzelperson als auch ein Gremium sein kann und dass dem CODM auch sogenannte non-executive Mitglieder angehören können Read more

ESMA launches field test of the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF)
