On June 10, 2024, the first Sustainability Standards Conference was held at Goethe University in Frankfurt. The conference was jointly organized by the IFRS Foundation, the German standard setter DRSC, Goethe University Frankfurt and the Leibniz Institute for Financial Research SAFE, with the support of the House of Finance and Deutsche Börse Group. On 31 May 2024, EFRAG released the first Implementation Guidance Material (IG) on the European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2772) which specify the disclosure requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD, Directive (EU) 2022/2464) on sustainability reporting.
