Public information events on the European Commission’s consultations on the revised ESRS and the VS

The Accounting Standards Committee of Germany (DRSC) invites interested parties to two public information events. The focus will be on the four-week consultations to be launched shortly by the European Commission on the drafts of two delegated acts:

1. the revised ESRS; and
2. the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard (VS).

We are pleased that Mr. Sven Dietrich from the European Commission, Policy Coordinator in DG FISMA, will present the two consultations on the draft acts.

The aim of these events is to provide an overview of the draft delegated acts and to encourage all stakeholders to engage more deeply with the proposals.

The public information events will take place on:

Tuesday, 12 May 2026

2:00 p.m.: VS – Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard (registration here)

3:00 p.m.: Revised ESRS (registration here)

The events will be held virtually and in German.
