Sustainability Reporting: EFRAG Launches Public Agenda Consultation

On 16 October 2026, EFRAG launched the public consultation on its future sustainability reporting work programme. The consultation aims to engage stakeholders in shaping EFRAG’s strategic direction and defining its activities and priorities for the 2027–2029 period.

The consultation focuses on the following questions:

1. What should EFRAG’s strategic direction be, and how should its various sustainability reporting activities be prioritised?
2. What characteristics should future implementation support activities have, and which deliverables should they prioritise?
3. What are stakeholders’ needs, and which technical issues should be addressed through future implementation support activities?
4. Which research topics should be prioritised in light of emerging developments and new issues?

The consultation closes on 15 February 2027.

The DRSC will submit a comment letter by the deadline, following consultation with its relevant technical committees.
