Taxonomy Regulation: ASCG comment letter submitted to the European Commission

On 26 March 2025, the ASCG submitted its comment letter on the consultation of a delegated act on the Taxonomy Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2020/852).

In the comment letter, the ASCG calls in particular for:

• clarifying the application of the materiality thresholds,
• further improving the templates and
• introducing further simplifications.

The ASCG will continue to address developments regarding the Taxonomy Regulation. In the past, we held thirteen user forums on the Taxonomy Regulation with our member companies and associations.
