Nominations sought for Vice President of the ASCG (m/f/d)

The Nomination Committee of the Accounting Standards Committee of Germany (ASCG/DRSC) is seeking a Vice President (m/f/d) of the ASCG as of 1 April 2021, but no later than 1 July 2021.

At its meeting on 28 October, the Administrative Board of the ASCG had decided not only to fill the position of President with Mr Georg Lanfermann as of 1 March 2021, but also to revive the position of Vice President. The reason for this decision is the intended broadening of the scope of the DRSC’s responsibilities, which in future will give non-financial or sustainability reporting a greater role alongside the financial reporting function performed to date. In the opinion of the Administrative Board, this could best be achieved with a two-member Presidency at the head of the association
